Salary : up to 7 lpa
Call & email Audits, Monitoring, and Feedback skills, Coaching methodology, Should be able to give Process inputs, Should be able to work and develop Bottom Quartile.
Should have basic knowledge of QC tools – Pareto, Bottom Quartile, Outlier identification.
Can Develop Evaluation Programme. Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Can keep track of Employee performance,
This individual will assist in developing, creating and implementing contact centre quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall customer’s experience.
Yellow Belt/Green Certification is mandatory. Candidate must completed some projects related to 6 Sigma.
Working Requirements :Need to be good in MS Office.
Strong written & Verbal communication.
Can lead the QA as a individual contributor.
Pleasant & Sophisticated. Good presentation Skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Must be self-motivator and self-starter;
Exceptional listening and analytical skills;
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels
